Yea nobody wants sympathy. I had meningitis when I was 12. I was in a comma for 6 days. I'm happy to be here and have a functional brain. I started rapping about 3 years ago. And started makin beats last year. I still have a lot to learn. Music saved my life. I'm happy to hear your not letting this obsticle get in the way of your goals.

I don't lay my programs out for a specific finger...that's maybe something I could try. I have a program of precaution, "A" has all my snares, "B" has kicks, "C" has hi hats, etc. I record each sound as a separate track. That way, when I need kick or a snare I pick what sounds best from the 16 I have available. That's why the MPC has overdub right?

tewa check out some ofmy drum pgms from my sample web page. you'll see how i lay mine out. it is nice if you want to play drums live.
