It's the Studio Environments forum. Everything in here has been asked a million times in a million different ways. I'm doing my searches, don't worry. I want to get the opinions of the MPC users. Thanks again for the brilliant info. on searches.

Operative word here being BASIC. I'd say the spec sheet can give you the basics. Capabilties are in the spec sheets. Pros and Cons can be seen by compairng the manuals and specs sheets for yourself. Why ask others to do homework for you?

User reviews can be found all over the net, why ask for more?

I'm sorry dude but your whole inquiry seems suspect.

Suspect in what way?

Didn't EMU do that with the pk6, mk6 and xk6 etc..??

you can get some facts and fanboy rants at places like:

motifator.com
fantomized.info
tritonhaven.com

i have experience with korg, yamaha, and roland keyboards.
from the korg M1, yamaha sy77, and the roland JX-8P to their newest workstations. let me know what kind of info you're looking for.

i think the triton has a simple layout. but i found the sampling features to be a bit akward. i haven't done any sampling on the motif or fantom though.

as far as sounds go the motif takes the cake but the fantom is a real close second because they have some really great sounds. the triton sounds are cool but try listening to them dry with no effects,it's a different story. but the triton is probably the easiest workstation to use for tweaking your sounds.[/quote]

Which Motif's have you used? Do you still have access to one? I read alot about Motif's having excellent realistic sounds, and arpeggiators, but I haven't found too much about the sampling capabilities.

Specs don't tell me if the sequencing or sampling, or saving and re-loading is "awkward" or exactly how it performs. I found reviews and such. Why is this such a problem? I think dudes having a problem with someone asking a question is mighty suspect. That's the only thing that's suspect here to me.

What is your dude's problems for real? If you don't like the question don't come in the thread. There's people willing to answer me. Not just bombard the thread with even more useless info. about searches. If this forum was about non-interaction I think Tutor should just close it down and leave the forums as an archive so no one can ask questions anymore.

now ur gonna get touchy when your kicking it hardcore newbie style? Youve been around for a while homes, u know that asking lazy redundant questions, when they have been beatin to death in the past, is frowned apon. I know u think ur coming at it from a different tip, but most newbies think that also. U dont post the same questions over and over again, thats why there is a search button. And thats why cats are getting irrated. Thats like some dude saying YO WHICH MPC IS BETTER THE 1000 or the 2000? Or HOW DO I HOOK UP MY MIDI KEYBOARD TO THE MPC???? Been there done that. Get with the program aight?

Actually binger. That is brilliant. Lampdog should sticky that. And you should run around and post that in all the threads in here, because they ALL suffer from the same "redundancy" you claim. Go on... look at ALL those threads. They are ALL the same thing Binger. You got a lot of work to do homes.

I'm not in the wrong for asking questions. You are the one that has a hard on for me and it is so obvious. You got to follow me around and stir up ish. Get a life Binger. You are the biggest loser on this site. For real.

Only little b!tches follow around people like little ankle biting chiahuahas trying to nitpick them to instigate trouble. Keep your yapping and following around, you obsessed little e-stalker.

Well then go post your comments in the tons of other threads like this on this page and get on with your mission on enforcing Tutor's rule. Infact go into your threads in here and correct your redundant threads too cause they were just as redundant as this one and all the others. You won't cause your problem is with me personally cause your a vindictive B1tch with some emotions you need to deal with.

Peace out dicc head. Get a life, and stop carrying on these emotions. You are in the wrong, and it's obvious what you are doing here. So either get off my nuts, go complete your "mission" or continue to look like a complete @sshole with a silly little grudge.
