mpc 1k is pimped

now that this os is coming people are gonna regret selling theres the 1k is now pimped i mean it was always a great machine but now its even better and can be compared to the 2k and xl i love my mpc keepng it was the best thing ive done!!!!what do ya think

with the new os coming ill rate it a 9/10

first of all dude, dont get your hopes up, its rumored, but untill i have os 1.08 on my MPC with all these rumored features, i wont be jumping up and down.

and what if they dont come? people will be even more dissapointed. lets just all wait it out

and if they do come, how do we know they will be smooth and work perfect

if it comes, and if it works like its supposed to, it wont rate my machine any higher, it will just make working a bit quicker and more productive. thats all

by better I mean "fatter" and "heavier" without EQ or filters.

I would not trade my 1k for a 2kxl unless it was blue and had a MCD.

true. but giving thought to these rumoured upcoming features, 1k's gonna be
right there next to 2k5 and i wouldn't change it to 2k's at all.

i'd still pick up a 2000xl if it was cheap enough for live use.

yes they do. that's all i've seen are blue mcd's. i never seen any other color unless it was customized. or someone with a beige one installed the card readers themselves.

mcd's " gotta start previewing those posts more...

how cheap do you think the mpc2000s are gonna be soon? i'd love to be able to pick one up super cheap, for like a quarter or something, so i could see what all the fuss is about and play it live at concerts rather than use the 1k's notoriously inferior pads.

my bad. usually, when someone is talking about buying something large and say a quarter that's what they mean. depending on the item they want to buy. if it was something like a house and they said they only want to spend a quarter... it's a given they mean 250,000 you, know what i mean?
