2 step (UK garage) was based on shuffled breakbeat at about a 120-145 BPM. The genre was on top maybe 5 years ago. Producers used classic oldskool drumkits and killer sine or square basslines. Sometimes soul/rnb vocals or ragga rhymes made the track more enjoyable. Basically it is like a slowed drum and bass track or a speeded up hip hop track.

the classic 2 step kick/snare combination:

kick: o---------o-----
snare: ----o-------o---
hat: o---o---o---o---

www.yousendit.com, just follow the directions and post a link... or rapidshare, putfile.com, all free file storage sites... i forget which allows the bigger files, but you'll be able to figure it out... zip the whole program and wav's, upload it, post the link, bingo!

or, you could go throught the memberlist of this whole site and email everyone individually...
