Is it just me or do you feel as if AKAI is lurking this site.

Akai withheld the OS on CF in the shipment of the black. Was that because we had discussed the plans of getting a copy from a CF.

I believe that they are lurking.

So if you guys are lurking this topic this where we will let U have it.

When or if AKAI releases the OS, our consumer manufacturer relationship has been scared and the only way we can feel better is to vent.

I wouldn't doubt that Akai lurks these forums.... particularly here in the 1k forum. At any given moment, you will see the number of "guests" lurking this forum.

If I am at a Guitar Center or any other store that sells the MPC 1000 black
and I see someone interested in buying it I will tell him buy it.

not because of your customer service or lack there of, but so you bloodsuckers can sell your 1k black and release the OS fanally.

Gees, of course we are irritated. But AKAI is from what i understand quite low on cash. We should be happy that they eventually will give us this kick as OS. We should be more thankful and not act like spoiled brats.

Its their os and they release it when they want. They have their reasons and they need it to stay alive i guess.

Getting sick of all this. Any more threads like this and the MPC1000 forum disappears until you guys learn to grow up.
