maybe you didn't find it in the manual cause it can't do it.

as far as i know.... that can not be done. effects and filters are assign on a per pad basis. there isn't a global select feature.

I believe you can. I think this applies to any setting you make in bluebox. After you change the setting on 1 pad, RIGHT click on the setting you just changed and you should be able to select "setting..." then "apply to pads..." and then you can select which pads to apply that setting to.
