MPC Letterin Template

I know alot of folks are gonna get the Akai kit and turn their blue 1000's black. But, . .what alas; for those who wish to subvert Akai and FORAT and do it on your own. I just made up a few lettering templates. enjoy.

Yeah, me too. This is great but i wonder. This pic is really big so if I print this, will it come out BIG or will it come out the right perfect size?

I want a white mpc man. And then im gonna buy the black conversion kit and switch between black and white mpc depending on my mood.

Perhaps try the 2k forum, they've been customizing theirs with a similar template.
I think you need to take the template and have it done somewhere professionally.
I've also heard people making some kind of sticker from it.

that's cool and i appreciate this very much but the black kit (for us red/blue users) will be available soon. but this is good for any other modded color.

I think theres a 2k on the Forat site in stainless or silver.
I would do it but I care less about how the thing looks than how soon I can get a card reader in my MPC2000XL.

ey sweetback can u come up with an vectorized version of the template ?

i tried to vectorize it in Iluustrator CS 2 but the type does not look good in it...

I haven't used illustrator in years (and I'm no expert as all), but I just downloaded the demo version and banged this template out. So, I have the illustrator file, but there seems to be some bug with the trial version or or maybe its my machine, but I can't save as an eps. I'll save it as an Illustrator file like version 10 or somerthing, then the real illustrator experts can get to and do it properly.
