look for a pint that is designed for plastic.

if you just doing the sides, mayb elook for a KRYLON FUSION product. you can get them at walmart, and local chain hardware stores. as lon gas you get something that is specialized to work on plastic, its a go.

good luck, post results

ohhh man, well i don´t care so much of your chosen colour... it´s your thing, it was just my spontaneous reaction on the color.

I´ve check different stuff on metal and plastic, so:
i´d recommend airburshing it because spray paint will feel like glue on the hands after drying. It´s a strange feeling in the palms, believe me.
hope this helps you out - it´s the way i will do it soon. (well, actualy when i got the time)

what about plastic bond spraypaint on the buttons and sides

By kingquota Tue Jan 24, 2006 3:50 pm
yeah i used plastic bonding paint for the sides and buttons. worked the same

but for the buttons, you have to carefully use them after you put them back on (for at least 7 days untill the paint cures) otherwise you'll leave imprints on them.

what about RIT dye for dying the plastic pieces? If i wanted to dye the red pannels black, do you think the red would show thru?
