Japanese MPC1000

Hi guys,

Total newbie to MPC's, always used samplers and computers till now.
Thinking of getting my gf's parents to bring me an MPC1000 from Japan
next month. Any ideas as to whether the Operating System would be in English or Japanese?? Do Akai actually make things with Jap OS??

Just worried it's gonna turn up and I switch it on and there's Japanese text on the screen!

good luck m8, just remember that the warranty probably wont work if u buy it in Japan. But its probably cheaper in there. Just remember to get the black one (BK).
