Yo, (I searched)

I switched to HDD recently and before all my folders and stuff where stacked in alphabetical order like A,B,C,D etc.
Now when I transferred my stuff to the HDD the folder order went backwards like Z,Y,X,W.

So I tried to move the files around in "large icon mode" and in "details mode" as I want them, but when I go back in the mpc the folders are always backwards. It makes no difference if I put them in the right upper corner, the lower left or a A folder in front of the Z folder..

Any ideas?
Peace...

my only answer to this is to keep your folders really small...this way you'll be able to browse them each really easily. it's a lot of work but it's better than just scrolling through endless lines of backwards alphabetical order.

i have the same problem with my drumkits.

Last time I copied stuff from PC to the MPCs hard drive I copied the folders in the order I wanted them to show up in the MPC. The "headfolders" (those who I dragged) showed up in correct order but the subfolders they contained got the backward alphabetic style.

I think somebody had a thread about this a month ago or so.

yeah i think it shows the folders in the order they were copied, with the last one copied at the top.
