How do u sample to the mpc1000?

I do not know how to sample from a digital or analog source every time i try 2 record i get nuthin. what type of cable or wire is needed to connect the sampler and the source? and and what type of specs. does the source have to have? some1 help

what connections does the source have? For digital, you will need a RCA cable and for analog you will need a 1/4 cable

The sampling function on the MPC cannot be activated until after the manual has been read.

I use a reverse hybrid of osmosis when sampling on the MPC (no cables are required).
