You obviously haven't messed with many of these type beat boxes over the years. I understand the theory, but many boxes and computer programs degrade in quality when you resample internally and some drop the peak level or lose low end definition. Also on many of these boxes, when you resample your mix for instance, it will lose something in the dimension department. It becomes kind of 2D or flat. This is the truth. It has to do with the algorithm or whatever. That's why some digital is alot better than some other digital. So, someone with a decent monitoring system please throw a little beat together and then resample the mix. Please let me know if there is any noticeable difference in quality between playback of the new stereo file or playback of the original mix. It should take all of two minutes. Hopefully you won't notice a difference. Please be critical.
