Logic pro7 and 2500 synch

HI!
I try to synch logic and MPC.
If MPC is slave- it "playing" not like a standalone. It lost mpc-feeling.
If MPC is master- logic change tempo like a crazy. If tempo is 97 logic show me a tempo 96.8-96,79-97.3
I try to synth by midi clock. IF I use MTC logic go to the -8 bar and cycle there.

I dont use Logic.

When you say "lost MPC feeling" do you mean the timing is changed when you sync as slave?

I know there is an issue syncing with MTC.

what you mean about patterns in logic?

When the mpc is the master, can you hit record in logic so when you're hitting the pads on the mpc, it's being recorded in the logic sequencer not the mpc sequencer.

if you set in MPC midi port- yes-you can do that.
BUT, why you need it?

ok thanks, I would like to keep the mpc timing, but record the midi pattern straight into logic so I can have everything in there from the beginning.

I don't want to record the midi pattern onto the mpc, then transfer it to logic after...just one more step to skip

I don't undestand- if you record in logic you don't have MPC timing....I think you have it when you use mpc-sequencer...
