hi. i am using the mpc with jjos and a bunch of hardwaresynths. i make the drums on it and sequence the keys. i am not a good keyboarder and so i must often look at a scale or chord list. today i had the idea that i could make a "dummy programm" only for midioutput with the scales and chords in it. i think i can assign every new programm individual midinotes per pad, right?
so i can make a prg at c major, d major ........
what do you think? do you also have tips for a workaround with midiscales?
at last a question: is it possible to trigger more than one midinote per pad:
for example: pad 1/a triggers the notes c d e ......
so you can make different chords per pad and go freaky with the stuff
