if that's the case, pm antonym and ask him to make some for you!
he made some new pads for his mpc one kay pad fix that were according to him and an other guy to be much more soft than the original pads. and considering the fact that the 500 and the 1k uses the the same dimensions on them, all you'd have to do is just cut off a row of pads!
it'll cost you 25 bucks, but having better velocity should be very well worth it.
