Working on it. There's basically two ways to do this:
1. use the sample as an F-1 at 44.1 khz and tune it by -23
2. use the sample as an F#-1 at 48 khz and tune it (as well) with -23
The second method will yield a slightly better tuning.
What's nice about having the samples at 2048 sample length is that you can easily 'transpose' an octave by making shorter samples that are exactly half the lenght. So you'll get an F#0, F#1, F#2 etc. Because it's a nice multiple of 2 you won't get all sorts of weird artefacts from halving the sample like that.
I'll do some programming tonight and set up an APK template and I'll show you how it's done in Soundforge (it's better to make a short looped sample for each octave)....
