yes. it sets up a definable number (2-64) of independent start and end points per sample. jj is calling nondestructive chopping "CHOP" in OS the 2nd, not to be confused with "SLICE," which creates new files.
when you assign the sample in program mode, you then move to the "CHOP" column and note what slice you want that particular pad to play.
also has jj therefore worked out how to fit more space into this os in order to add these features?
more space. he moved the os from here to there. very exciting.
