recording problems!!!

Hello I have a problem with my MPC 1000 when I push the record button its records but it’s extremely off, it sometimes cut pieces that I record or doesn’t record my track, it usually cuts the drums. Can someone help me out or tell me how to fix this problem. Hope to hear from yall soon thanks.

turn on TC set to correct note! also you could have a poly/mono issue, mute groups, etc. be more detailed!

make sure you are set your bars...you might still be recording on 2
