when theres no turntable around to listen to the damn record. Yes i have a portable turntable, but i'm not carrying that f*cking weight with me all the time.
Miserable nerd record store owners, probably ain't had a girlfriend in years and are like comic book guy from the Simpsons. "Puuhlease do not scratch the records, they are worth a lot of money"
Stores with too much damn records in the rack. Now I can't just have a quick flick through now!
Guys with 60 something records at the listening post. Listening to every damn track.
OXFAM. What the **** is it with these twats? The shops are so overpriced! Do they think they gonna get loads of nerds with record collector manuals in store checking out their records? I'm not down with spending £10 at a charity shop unless the record is special or something i really need in my life.
Record stores that you go into for 1st time and everyone looks at you funny like you came to rob the store. It's like going on a f*cking bus and everyone gawps at you.
Store owners who don't have even basic customer service skills. Co-mon i serve people everyday with a smile on my face and politely. If you can't be friendly to a customer or serve them properly why the f*ck are you running a shop? Running a record store doesn't only require music knowledge you know.
Record store owners who seem to price records up on their 'samplebility' and whether the guys on the cover have afros or not. Anything that the young 'hip-hop generation' buys is put up in price.
add your own peeves.
