Thought there was a "real" way of doing it... In alot of softwares u just find 4 bars and then there is usually a feature that finds the tempo for u...
Nothing like that?
uhhhhhh i didnt know pushing a button on software (not doing any real work to find the bpm) is real? sorry the mpc doesnt have a button that says bpm detector, next thing you will want to kno is if you can speak to the mpc and say make me break beat, or you will want a turntable that all you have to do is put a vinyl on the top and push a button that says find cool drum beat, bass line etc then automatically loop and slice it for me and arrange it in many different ways.... and thus it happens, geez you get all of these ways of doing it (tap tempo, slice, patch phrase) and you still complain
and another thing if your using software to do it then why dont you just sell your mpc and go back to software (then there would be another less lazy kat on here)
HAHA!
This guy is hilarious! He obviously spend more time jerking off than actually making music. No offense to the nerds out there.. But please focus on the music, and not what equipment u mess with. Maybe even this guy would actually make a hot song one day if he did.. I mess with whatever equipment I can get my hands on and I did joints with Black Rob, Joe Budden, Das Efx, OGC, Stack Bundles, Tony Sunshine and the list goes on, so I must be doing something right....
To everybody that tried to answer my question.. I appreciate it!

P.S. My bad for letting this little girl "xibalba1875" change the topic on us real music producers on this forum.
