I guess this means I can fatten up the samples quite easily with that HD feature! To me this is a BIG plus!
I prefer using the digital outs on the 5K and use my own D/A & A/D to connect to my analog gears and stuff. In this case I won't need another device to route the samples back and forth. The inclusion of a hard disk really makes life easier.

I also rarely use input (real time) quantize so I would like a separate parameter to turn that off. As it is, every time after using timing correct you have to turn it off again prior to recording because they are linked. It is OK that the note value is linked but the on/off should be separate for record input.
Last there should be undo for T.C. like on the 2500.
