Hi All,
I have recently moved over to jjos1 and am becoming more and more confident with my usage of the MPC 1000,
ie timing up my samples to fit and getting more used to the MPC as I am very new to all this.
Now I wondered if i could get some help in ref to the Q link slider.
I recently started using the q link to pitch up my samples to the rest of my current sequence.
Now ussually I hit mode then the q linkpad thinks its A1 then i set the q link to pitch in real time.
My problemo is that then when i have achieved the desired pitch for the q link'd sample and then either switch to another track or press stop and then play the sample reverts to the normal pitch, in other words it doestnt lock to the pittch and I keep having to press after which is not ideal because i want he pitch i have selected to stay in that key all tthe time.
I hope that is clear. so anyone tell me where I'm going wrong here?
Thanks in advance
James
