my advice is to just keep checking yourself before you wreck yourself. i've made mistakes w/ purchases by subconsciously tricking my dumb azz into thinking it's a good idea like it's what i need. honestly, i'm not buying the swing on the 3k thing. i was messing with one the other day. it's a FLY machine. don't get me wrong. feel's like a tank. but as a new school cat it just doesn't feel as fun to me. it's slower, can't do a lot of the things i see as essential to my workflow. and let's face it - this day and age equipment can do a whole lot more, and stay relatively cheap. obviously theres that sacrifice in physical durability but... it is what it is.
My brain is insane. I'm out to lunch, God.
