Hey all--
Glad I found this informative site!
I have been using a Kurzweil K2000VP (rack) for all my sequencing needs for a few years, but would like to upgrade to something more powerful. So, I am seriously considering the 1000.
As some of you may know, in the June issue of Keyboard Magazine, there is a review of this unit. It is a very good review, however, the reviewer mentions that "a few useful sequencer features missing compared to other current MPC models." He doesn't provide any specific details in this regard.
After downloading and reading the manual, I sure don't see many shortcomings. Overall, the 1000 has a ton of features for the money--probably more than I'll ever need!
But I was just curious, and wanted to get some comments from you experienced users, as to what seq features could be missing? (Or was the reviewer himself just mistaken?
)
Just curious--thanks--looks like ya'll are happy with the 1000!
Peace.
